For our dynamic development team, we are looking for a full stack support engineer who can help our clients with technical support. As a full stack support engineer you’ll be responsible for helping out our clients with technical issues and fixing problems along the way. We are looking for someone who likes the ins and outs of both back-end and front-end, who isn’t afraid to communicate with others and has an enthusiastic hands on approach.

Your future

  • Giving technical support to our clients
  • Fixing issues on both front-end and back-end
  • Researching issues and implement feedback from our clients
  • Knowing the ins and outs of our complex software structure
  • Communicating user feedback to our front- and/or back-end team
  • Determining priorities with our customer success team and CTO
  • Creating an impact on our organizational success

Your potential

  • Good knowledge of Python
  • Familiar with JavaScript, preferable in React
  • Client-oriented and communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, speaking French is a plus
  • Values team activities and feedback culture
  • Proficiency in English and sarcasm
